Master certified coach (MCC) course

If you imagine coaching as a garden, then «Act Like a Coach» is a big clean window through which you can look into this garden, and «Think Like a Coach» is a big, heavy door to this wonderful place. It will not open too easily, but with the right effort and perseverance, it will open, and you will be able to go out on the steps leading to the avenue of cherry blossoms of awareness, past the evergreen labyrinths of the mind to the fountain of partnership, which starts from the spring of open dialogue. The deeper you go into this garden, the more delicate flowers and plants can be found. And thanks to Julia, Yuri and Olga, next to each such new plant, whether they are orchids of needs or apple trees of emotions, there is an instruction on how to take care of this plant so that it blooms in all its glory and bears fruit.

Thank you for the experience and structure, for the base that is given from the first lesson to the last. Special thanks to the curators who set up, supported, explained, clarified, showed important points by their example. I am glad to be a part of this school and have closed for myself the question of where to study further, and further, and further. The garden seems boundless, and so many interesting things are hidden behind every turn.

I really felt a change in the style of communication: I began to ask more deep questions, I feel confident in communicating with any person. I began to practice more, received a supportive feedback from the curators on the level of coaching. I began to practice (now for free) with external clients-acquaintances. I have become more confident as a person and as a coach, the quality of communication has improved, the environment has expanded. I liked everything on the course! I’m a fan of learning in the Academy 5 Prism! Everything is perfect for me here. It is a special happiness to be among Olga, Yuri and Julia – our mentors and teachers.

Recharge with their energy, learn from their knowledge! Lectures are the concentrate and cream of the most valuable information and experience of coaching practitioners. Educational practice with curators promotes and gives energy – their feedback helps a lot to grow as a coach! Incredible growth occurs during the study thanks to practices with colleagues! Thank you so much for the valuable knowledge and generous transfer of it to us, the students!

The course is wonderful! A very great amount of information is presented. It was so easy and comfortable to sort out a new area for me in 3 months. Practices helped a lot to test knowledge: you use everything you have studied. And I will also add that studying at 5 Prism changed my life! I have found my calling, I have worked through a lot of my problems and I just look at the world differently. Olga, Yuri, Julia and all-all curators of the course, thank you!

I sincerely thank the Academy 5 Prism, all teachers, curators, colleagues with whom I studied and practiced, everyone who was technical support! This is the best training in my life, and I love learning. The course is structured very clearly. Enough knowledge and feedback. During the course, I not only gained new knowledge, skills, competencies, but also transformed myself, my thinking. Communication with people has become of a higher quality level, business issues are solved faster, more efficiently in less time. My affairs, goals, dreams have finally moved forward. I stopped  grabbing at everything. I have clearly built a comfortable development plan for myself and I am happy to follow it without sabotage!

There is a lot of practice on the course, the work is going on effectively: we studied a new topic – immediately worked out, received developing feedback from the curators. And as a result, the exam was my first exam, for which I did not prepare and did not worry the day before. I calmly went and passed easily, as they taught us several levels above the required certificate. This approach is very valuable to me. Once again, I thank everyone involved! And I am happy to go further with the 5 Prism Academy.

I think I have plunged into this profession, now it’s just a matter of practice. Coaching really contributes to personal development, I have expanded my understanding of my own capabilities. The course is logically and thouroughly built.

The approach has become even more structured. Nowhere without an agreement. I’ve changed! My way of thinking and vision of other people and situations. There are fewer problems, more tasks (because unnecessary emotions have gone away). The course is very well structured. The seeds of knowledge are sown very clearly and reliably. Very supportive atmosphere and constructive feedback.

I learned to communicate boldly during the session, now I have a clear understanding of how to build the process. I am confident in my competence. Now I can declare that I am a specialist who can help others. I liked the intensity, there was a lot of practice, and this is the most valuable thing for me. Feedback from colleagues and curators was very encouraging, and the experience itself was exciting and developing.

I really liked the course. Very professional. It literally changed me during that time. My coaching sessions have improved noticeably, and there are more and more satisfied clients. It’s great. I would like to thank Olga Rybina, Yuri Muradyan and Yulia Zatulovsky separately for their incredibly valuable knowledge, comfortable atmosphere and new opportunities. Thank you so much for the program, both modules were excellent in their own way! I can say for sure that I won’t be the same anymore. My thinking and behavior changed, I became more patient, sensitive, learned to listen and hear. I especially liked the structure of the program, an interesting theory, which then so easily and naturally fit clearly according to the markers of competencies.

A deep, practical course. Now there is an understanding of how to establish an agreement, demonstrate all competencies, expand and deepen sessions. A wonderful course! Everything is so well thought out that every lesson, even every exercise carries a certain message to comprehend and deepen the understanding of the essence of coaching, real, pure, deep coaching. Even the atmosphere that reigns on the course contributes to a deep understanding of all the material. Caring for each participant, support and answers to all questions that arise help to fully immerse yourself in the process, go boldly and enthusiastically forward to new heights and achievements! Excellent work in practical classes makes it possible not only to work out all the skills in real time, but also to get feedback from mentors, which is very valuable. Well, about training webinars, one could only dream about that all the material was conveyed with such care and attention.
