Originally I wanted to explore what coaching is. During the course I started formulating questions that get me to a desired point sooner. I improved planning and implementing goals skills. It was very valuable course trainers sharing their experiences. And now I am making a career out of coaching.

I got a clear understanding of what coaching is about, realized that this is something I want to go further with in my career. I started to conduct coaching sessions. I am applying my new outlook to my everyday life with my family, friends and coworkers and to my current work with students as well. It opens up new opportunities, improves relationships and enriches experiences.

Online mode allows you to join the course from any point on the planet. The schedule for practical classes is very flexible, so that students can pick a time slot that works for them specifically despite different time zones. All materials are available on the course platform after class.

I am planning to use the skills I got to take a new path in my career as a coach. It opens up new horizons where only the sky’s the limit.

I really appreciate that the course was in English. As an immigrant in the US I used this chance to enhance my vocabulary .

I wanted to have the experience in English and I fulfilled my goal, got better confidence. I especially liked the work in groups after each lesson, and I will use the skills gained as a basis of my practice.

With this course I wanted to just touch coaching in English, warm up my English, repeat the basics, update my vocabulary, check my readiness to coach in English if it occurs. All the stated goals are achieved.

I should highly evaluate the approach and the way the courses of the Academy are done, both easy to understand and apply.

Now I feel ready to hold the coaching sessions both in Russian and English as the course helped to reveal my strong features and understanding that language is important and living in the process is a way to see the client and follow his needs. I finished the course with gratitude and best wishes to the Academy.

I wanted to become a coach and start having sessions with real clients. As a result I managed to become a coach, learn about active listening and after doing many sessions for free (practice) I managed to keep one of them and turn her into a client. After the course I think better about my actions and try to engage my slow thinking system more often.

I gained much higher confidence in my ability to be neutral and see the feelings behind the words. I became much more aware of other people’s feelings, emotions, and minor changes in the speech which helped me to increase empathy. I especially liked in this course the fact that there is a lot of practice even during the lectures we have an opportunity to talk and discuss. How will I use the skills acquired in the future? I am practicing coaching and thinking about having international clients as well. But also I use these skills in my job(s), since it gives me an opportunity to listen more attentively and ask deeper questions and progress quicker.

My main goal was to launch my coaching practice in English + see the way 5 Prism academy sees coaching. I achieved both! Horizons expansion! I saw much more perspectives for my coaching practice development. I’m starting to implement models from the course in my english practice from today on.

In the very beginning I was looking for some interesting course to improve my English. Originally I was an English teacher and I know how important it is to constantly develop. And then the first module «Act like a coach» emerged. I didn’t even know for sure what coaching was at that moment. But since the very first classes I found myself in the very new fascinating world of coaching. And my request is already professional. I am here to practice, to go deeper into coaching.

During the course I have conducted a number of coaching sessions and now I feel I am ready to open up to the world as a new coach. Moreover there is a number of skills which are really helpful in my everyday life with my kids, with my students, family, etc.

As a result I am speaking out loud that I am learning to be a coach.

My goal was to learn instruments to implement into my teaching practice in order to help my students find more energy for lessons. During the course I had a very inspiring session with my student about her goal so that she even requested to continue this conversation next lesson. Now when I feel uncomfortable or close to a conflict situation I try to be factual. It helps to stay neutral.

For me, over 20 years of business, the key value is time. We all know «how it flows away», «how it is not enough», and also «time is money». If we add my age, then I have «so little of it left» in my head!

That’s why I chose the Academy of 5 Prism. It saves me time and money. I am becoming a professional in another field in a short time. I’m used to clear structural information, which should always be correlated with practice, so that it doesn’t turn out like this: «Well, now forget everything you were taught!». 5 prism is a 100% hit. The brilliant alliance of Olga and Yura makes the learning process easy and deep, academic and practical, precise and extensive! A non-standard approach to practical classes provides real practice that you can apply right now. Moreover, you can’t even do it any other way, since the depth of knowledge you have gained allows you to reach a completely different level of sessions.

In addition to theoretical knowledge and practical tools, studying at the Academy 5 Prism gave me the answer to the question, why people go to a coach if «everything is OK with them and they have all the resources to solve their tasks». And this means to better understand what a genuine deep task is behind the initial request of the client, what task the client is actually solving, maybe without realizing it himself.

The course gave me a simple (but not simplified) and effective methodology for better understanding the real request of clients, the ability to notice contradictions in their reasoning and their internal conflicts, thus helping the client to better understand his inner world and his situation and find the most effective way to solve his problems.

The course is well balanced, there is a dynamic combination of theory, tools and algorithms, interactivity and practice, and of course, an invaluable experience of observing the magnificent  work of Olga and Yuri at demo sessions. There is everything just as much as you need. Studying at the course was not easy, but fascinating, it was one of the best studies in my life.

For me personally, the course was also valuable because it helped me to understand myself, my true needs and learn to find harmony in my thoughts, feelings and actions.

In my opinion, it is worth studying at the Academy 5 Prism in order to get the best coaching education in Russia.

And it’s also worth studying here to believe in yourself and your limitless possibilities. Be close to teachers you want to be like and be proud of when their school is mentioned by experienced colleagues in your work. And it’s definitely worth studying to «find your own people and calm down», which has become my motto in 2020. And I will not get tired of thanking myself that in 2019, when I was told that 5 Prism is nuclear physics, I went to study the method with my characteristic stubbornness, falling in love with it completely and irrevocably.

«Passionate» is a word that, it seems to me, can describe Yura’s unique coaching style. Plus, he is very human, charming, it is impossible to resist. I want to learn this. I would like to thank Yura for assistance in developing my professional competence as well as soft skills which are incredibly important.

It’s a deep program. I liked everything being clear, precise timing, distinct information, without wasting time. And the practice is organized in the most capacious and developing way possible! I enjoyed it. I’m waiting for the beginning of part 2.

I got a lot more than I wanted. After completing the program «Act Like a Coach», I couldn’t stop and signed up for the program «Think Like a Coach». It changed me, made me believe in the power of coaching. The training takes place in a convenient mode, fantastic instructors. I have found like-minded people with whom I communicate with great pleasure. It’s become a part of my life. Now I am studying at the program «Guidance Toward ACC» and I aim to connect the future with coaching.

I will highlight three important and valuable things for me. The value of this program in general is that it is presented by two coaches MCC, Yuri and Olga. The opportunity to work with them and get their recommendations is precious. Yulia Zatulovsky also left a vivid impression, because she brought more freedom and a new look at the coach’s competencies into consciousness.

The second point is mentoring. I have passed my first mentoring here, I have not passed them before. They are precious. You need to constantly develop, reflect and analyze what you are doing. This is great together with the mentor.

And the third is invaluable practices. You also work out your requests and see the work of fellow students. This is also a certain experience and study, based on the example of the work of others.

For me, this course was about a combination of the incongruous – it’s both about the depth of coaching and about unlocking the potential of the client. About lightness and the ability to swim on the surface and about beauty, about how easy it is to be and how to accompany and reveal. It’s about how we climb to the top together and look from it, and it’s like an association with an iceberg – and what’s there? Because after the session, the most in-depth work begins with the client. And these tasks, which he also reveals to himself, as we expand into this field of vision for him.

This course is simultaneously about how it is necessary and important to learn how to play notes and at the same time feel like a master in this ease of combining all competencies, because it seemed «How to show it all? It’s impossible». And then it turns out that it is possible. It turns out that one question closes everything. How important it is to hear at the level of «Who» and «What», how important it is to highlight one side, if we are talking about doing, we say «Who are you in this?», and if he is about “Who”, then we reveal this question. How important it is to hear, reveal and highlight the side he hasn’t thought about yet. And how important it is when the strongest questions are just «What is it about for you?», and to pause, and reveal that very value.

The course has such a structured methodology and consistency, very clear, one-two-three – we play notes. And then, when all this is built in, you swim and feel calm and free for a short period of time. Previously, as a former manager, I led and pulled the client. And I am happy that I moved away from this story, became neutral, realized that my vision is not needed in this work. It is important that now everything is without evaluation, without tension, following the energy and emotion of the client – for me it is very valuable.

I really liked the training program. I am very glad that I studied at 5 Prism. The material was presented from different angles of perception: words, emotions, imagination, timbre of speech. All material was presented in simple and understandable language. Only useful and valuable information. I learned a lot about coaching, which is very important for me in training. The magnificent tandem of calm Olga and charismatic Yuri contributed to the deep understanding of information.

In my opinion, the program is carefully worked out, a lot of work has been done, it feels like it was created with the heart. Throughout all the meetings, the presenters were cooperative and concerned about the group. Thanks to the training, practice, self-coaching I realizes what my strong points are. As a result, I am leaving for another country for the winter, and possibly for a longer period. Hurray! Olya, Yura, Yulia, many thanks to you!
